Returns

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item:

1. Email us at info@novivue.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. Once you receive the RMA, securely pack your item in its original packaging and include a copy of your proof of purchase.

3. Ship your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will begin processing your refund. Please allow at least 3 business days from the date we receive your item to process your return.

Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
